2.If the buyer fails to pay full amount or deliberately underpays even in case he has the material along with the paperwork  amitsharmamusic.com reserves the rights to the material by revoking all the rights if given on the paperwork and retain the advance payment made to cover its legal expenses and compensate for the mental harassment caused by the breach of trust.

3.In case the buyer resorts to fraudulent activities amitsharmamusic.com holds the right to release the song worldwide without any refunds of the advance payment or full payment made.

4. All the disputes are sub judice to Jalandhar Juridiction.
