 Born on June 2, 1978 Amit Sharma is the son of renowned Punjabi Folk Singer Sarvjeet Kaur. As a young boy Amit had intrest towards performing arts, especially singing. He had a natural talent of appreciating good, soulful music. He says that it is hereditary gives full credit to his mother who lends him active support in all his endeavors.
After graduating as a commerce student he joined the well established UK based music company “Moviebox”. His job required catering to the vocals ( Bhangra Vocals, DJ Vocals, Vocals, Bhangra, DJ, Uk, Vocals etc.) needs of the company buying overseas rights of music albums and licensing of company produced music in India. Under the able guidance of Mr. Shabbir Ahmed, the chief executive, Amit learnt the basics of the job. He worked for the company for four years and earned a good name for himself in the music industry.
Since then, he has been actively coordinating for music albums with some of the top notch UK and India based artists like Taz (Stereo Nation), Mac G, DJ Vix, Tarli Digital, DJ-H, Tariq Khan (Legacy), Manjeet (Koka Crazy Roadshow), Sarvjeet Kaur, Master Saleem, Sardool Sikander, Surinder Shinda, Lehambar Hussainpuri, Ranjit Mani, Yudhveer Manak, Ashok Gill, Bakshi Billa and many more.
Amit Sharma believes in Hard Work and for him - Sky is the Limit.
